Eu estava me referindo ao seguinte parágrafo, onde são mecionadas alterações dos alinhamentos obtidos, o que vai gerar uma matriz de distâncias diferente:
Phylogenetic analysis - ITS1 and ITS2 alignment lengths were 655 and
481 characters, respectively (data not shown). Unalignable regions
were excluded from phylogenetic analysis. These included positions 636
to 655 of the ITS1 alignment and positions 1 to 12 and 455 to 481 of
the ITS2 alignment.
